Shoesday 3rd June

Two days into winter and I’m already feeling like I need a trip to somewhere tropical in order to thaw out.

As someone who generally runs at a cooler temperature than most, it’s something that I absolutely keep in mind when shopping for footwear in winter. Meaning I’m generally not someone who will sacrifice the warmth the comfort that ankle boots, for example, bring; over wearing Birks or slides and having blue toes.

All of that provides my justification for focusing on winter-appropriate footwear for the second consecutive Shoesday and not being a little more varied in feature styles.

This week's focus is on Tony Bianco's Brenna boots.
Loving the lizard-printed leather and buckle detail - plus the height of the heel is perfect for doubling as both work- and play-appropriate.

Thank-you for reading, and I hope you've all had a great start to the week

  1. I am the total opposite when it comes to temperatures. I love warmth-heat; however, I love ankle boots that have buckles and straps and in general have a passing resemblance to motorcycle boots. I like these so much. . I am following you on Bloglovin. Check out my blog only if you like. All the best, Sasha
